The AI tutor isn't responding — what should I do?
Make sure you have an active internet connection. The AI tutor requires internet access to work. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app, then sending your question again.
The app is showing a blank white screen.
This is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. The app loads content from the web, so a stable connection is required. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or moving to a stronger signal area.
Which IR theories does the app cover?
IR Theory Explorer covers six major international relations theories: Realism, Liberalism, Constructivism, Marxism, Feminism, and Post-colonialism. Each theory includes a description, core beliefs, real-world examples, and access to the AI tutor for deeper questions.
How does the Scenario Challenge work?
The Scenario Challenge presents five real-world international affairs scenarios and asks you to identify which IR theory best explains each situation. You receive detailed feedback after each answer explaining the correct theory and how it applies.
Is my data private?
Yes. IR Theory Explorer does not collect or store any personal information. Your tutor conversations are processed to generate responses but are not saved by the app. Please see our full Privacy Policy for details.
Does the app work offline?
The app requires an internet connection to load content and use the AI tutor. Offline use is not currently supported.
